Dispatcher Stress Survey

In 2003 Richard Behr and Michael Fox prepared a survey on public safety dispatcher stress, and Dispatch Magazine posted it on-line for dispatchers to complete. Brian Acosta developed a computer program to tabulate the results. With Richard’s permission, we’re running the same survey again. We look forward to your response.
