Communication Center Manager(CCM) Course

Dates for the 2007–2008 Course:
Online Begins: October 14, 2007
Onsite week 1: November 11–16, 2007
Onsite week 2: January 27–February 1, 2008
Classes run from 8:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m. each day for the six days in each of the two sessions.

Location: The Quarterage Hotel, 560 Westport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64111; hotel phone: (816) 931-0001. Centrally located in the Westport district, the Quarterage Hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and it offers a free full breakfast each morning and hosted happy hour reception each evening. A special room rate applies to CCM participants, but you must mention your plans to attend the course at the time of making your hotel reservations. Shuttles to the hotel are available at the airport.
