How do we encourage people to have a spirit to serve and still follow the protocols within our profession? What are ways we can take the robotic edge off of our voices and blend pre-arrival compliance and spectacular service? Let the PSTC team share ideas on compliance, complacency avoidance, risk management, and instilling true service. This class is designed for anyone from line-level to management.
